Agnieszka specializes in medical law and provides legal services to medical entities, professional practices and medical device manufacturers. Supports owners and managers of the healthcare sector. Represents medical personnel in civil and criminal cases.
During more than 10 years of professional experience, she has advised she has advised on, among others: new technologies in medicine /telemedicine, telediagnostics/, establishment of medical entities providing in-patient and out-patient services, medical and related documentation, employment of medical staff, hospital pharmacy, requirements for premises and equipment in medical activities, disputes with the National Health Fund, production and distribution of medical devices, related services /cosmetology and alternative medicine/, adjusting medical activities to an epidemic situation, personal data protection /implementation and audits of RODO/, verification of marketing strategies.
Actively engages in legal assistance related to the exercise of medical professions. Provides support during negotiations of employment conditions. Partner of the SKALPEL Association of Surgeons’ Agreement, author of the initiative “Lawyer of the Medical Professions” – free legal advice in connection with COVID-19, provided through a group in social media, which is used by more than 2,700 medics.
Author of specialist articles on medical law. Member of the Regional Commission for Adjudication of Medical Incidents in Szczecin.
Runs a law firm providing legal assistance to the medical industry.
