Małecki Legal advised Piotr Morkowski and Michal Rusiecki (shareholders of Brand New Galaxy) in the sale of Brand New Galaxy group to Stagwell.
The scope of the law firm's advice included leading the sell-side in the negotiations process, support in the due diligence process, determination of the transaction structure, negotiation of transaction documentation, coordination of foreign advisors and assistance in closing of the transaction.
The transaction was conducted in cooperation with Sołtysinski Kawecki & Szlęzak law firm. In the foreign threads of the transaction, we cooperated with foreign law firms, including BakerHostetler (USA), Benvalor and Loyens & Loeff (Netherlands), and Al Tamimi (UAE).
