Iga specializes in M&A and VC transactions. She has advised investment funds (including PE and VC) on numerous investments in Polish and foreign entities, as well as provided advisory services to entrepreneurs (including family businesses and startups).

Iga advises Polish and foreign entities in the area of corporate law. Iga has experience in legal support for domestic and cross-border corporate reorganizations and M&A transactions.

Before joining the Małecki Legal team, she gained experience in renowned law firms, both international and boutique.
