Specializes in providing legal advisory services to entrepreneurs in the fields of commercial law, civil law, and succession planning. With over 10 years of experience, she has been supporting Polish and international businesses, particularly in complex reorganization projects and various aspects of ongoing legal services. Her expertise includes conducting negotiations, drafting legal opinions, and preparing and reviewing contracts in areas such as IT law (implementation and maintenance agreements), intellectual property law, and corporate law.
She has participated in the establishment of dozens of family foundations, both in Poland and abroad. She advises Polish family businesses, small and medium-sized enterprises, and international corporations.
