Małecki Legal advised Kulczyk Investments on its investment in Quatrihub (a developer of warehouse facilities).
Quatrihub has already launched its first project near Wrocław, scheduled for completion in Q2 2027, while simultaneously developing further projects in Kraków and Poznań. Within the next three years, Quatrihub aims to become one of the leading warehouse developers in Poland.
Our team provided comprehensive legal support, including transaction structuring, advice during negotiations of transactional and corporate documentation, assistance in obtaining clearance from the President of the Polish Competition Authority (UOKiK), as well as support during the signing and closing of the transaction.
On behalf of Małecki Legal, the project was led by Michalina Wojacka-Stann (Senior Associate) and Tomasz Kiełczykowski (Junior Associate) under the supervision of Leszek Małecki (Partner).
Antitrust matters were handled in cooperation with Modzelewska Paśnik law firm, while tax matters were managed together with Biały Tax Lawyers.
