Małecki Legal advised shareholders of Home Air Solutions (a family-owned business producing and selling air filters and related components via online shop) in sale of shares to Interduct Holding B.V. (international group with its seat in the Netherlands).
Scope of our work included advise on structuring the transaction, support in investor’s due diligence, negotiating transaction documents and closing assistance.
