Małecki Legal advised Brand New Galaxy group on concluding an investment agreement and establishing a company in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).
The scope of the advice included support in choosing a legal way of conducting business in the UAE, advice on the transaction structure, negotiating the transaction documentation, coordinating cooperation with foreign advisors, and support in establishing the company and obtaining approval for its operations.
