Małecki Legal advised TLP Holding in establishing a joint venture (ApteGo) with one of the leading Polish private healthcare service provider. ApteGo is an innovative e-platform supporting medical patients in purchasing medicines with the use of digital technologies.
Scope of our work included advice on structuring the transaction, negotiating transaction documents, support in fulfilling conditions precedent, establishing and registration of the new company, as well signing and closing assistance.
