Małecki Legal advises Agro-Sieć Maszyny on the acquisition of an organised part of Fricke Maszyny Rolnicze sp. z o.o. related to the sale and after-sales service of John Deere agricultural machinery.

Małecki Legal has advised Agro-Sieć Maszyny sp. z o.o. on the acquisition of an organised part of the business of Fricke Maszyny Rolnicze sp. z o.o. (part of the Fricke Group) related to the sale and after-sales service of John Deere agricultural machinery. Completion of the transaction is scheduled for 2 January 2026, following the approval of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).

Agro-Sieć Maszyny sp. z o.o., part of the Agro-Sieć Group, is a Polish family-owned company with over 30 years of experience in the domestic agricultural market. The company operates through a network of 12 branches and specialises in agricultural machinery, spare parts, precision farming technologies, and customer-focused services.

Fricke Maszyny Rolnicze sp. z o.o., part of the Fricke Group based in Heeslingen, Lower Saxony (Germany), is a diversified, internationally active family-owned enterprise with over 100 years of history. The Fricke Group operates in areas including agricultural machinery, commercial vehicles, and spare parts. It has seven main business divisions, is present in 28 countries, operates 107 locations, and employs more than 3,800 people worldwide.

The scope of Małecki Legal’s work included comprehensive legal support, covering due diligence, transaction structuring, advice in negotiating transaction documentation, and support during the signing process.

The project team at Małecki Legal was led by Marita Pełszyk (Senior Associate) and Alicja Frankiewicz (Junior Associate), under the supervision of Leszek Małecki (Partner).
